PRIMO FINE SETTIMANA DI SALDI: IL BILANCIO DI FISMO-CONFESERCENTI

La metà dei commercianti si dice soddisfatto

Solo il 27% degli operatori parla di incremento del fatturato rispetto al 2018. “Presto per fare un bilancio, speriamo in una ripresa nei prossimi giorni”.

 

Partenza tra luci e ombre per i saldi estivi. È quanto emerge dall’indagine a campione – sono stati intervistati cinquanta commercianti dell’intera provincia – realizzata da FISMO (Federazione Italiana Settore Moda) – Confesercenti Modena per cogliere i primi segnali rispetto all’avvio dei saldi partiti sabato scorso.

 

Il campione, nel rispondere alla domanda circa la soddisfazione o meno sull’avvio dei saldi estivi, si spacca pressoché a metà, con una lievissima prevalenza di giudizi postivi: il 51% dei commercianti si esprime positivamente, mentre il 49% si dice insoddisfatto. Rispetto allo stesso periodo dello scorso anno, però solo il 27% parla di un aumento delle vendite, mentre riferisce di un calo il 40%; il rimanente 33% ottiene risultati sovrapponibili a quelli dell’estate 2018.

 

“La rilevazione si riferisce al primo fine settimana e quindi è assolutamente prematuro trarre delle conclusioni. Davanti abbiamo ancora quasi due mesi per riscattare, almeno in parte, una stagione condizionata dal calo generalizzato dei consumi e dalle condizioni meteo davvero imprevedibili che a loro volta hanno pesato sull’andamento delle vendite” spiega il presidente di FISMO-Confesercenti Modena, Roberta Simoni.

 

I dati sul valore dello scontrino medio – pari a 95 euro – confermano che la clientela è tendenzialmente prudente nel fare acquisti, nonostante gli sconti applicati siano già significativi (il 53% dei negozianti applica già riduzioni che vanno dal 20% al 30%, il 16%, dal 31% al 40%, il 4% oltre il 40%). I commercianti del settore moda evidenziano inoltre che solo nel 7% dei casi il valore medio dello scontrino è aumentato, resta invece invariato per il 46%, mentre cala per il 47% degli intervistati.

 

Rispetto ai settori merceologici quello che ottiene i risultati migliori è l’abbigliamento donna, mentre sono stabili le vendite di calzature. In sofferenza infine l’abbigliamento per bambini.

 

Si tratta di dati che destano qualche preoccupazione anche perché – sottolinea FISMO-Confesercenti Modena – tradizionalmente il momento dei saldi estivi incide in modo rilevante sull’andamento complessivo del fatturato. Basti dire che per più di un negozio su tre incidono oltre il 20%.

 

“Fare impresa vuol dire essere sempre orientati all’ottimismo cercando di offrire alla clientela il meglio sul piano della qualità e del prezzo,  con quel livello di personalizzazione che solo il piccolo negozio al dettaglio sa offrire. Auspico che nei prossimi giorni ci sia un’accelerazione negli acquisti; tra l’altro, l’assortimento nella maggior parte dei nostri esercizi è ancora molto ricco e anche la scontistica è decisamente interessante. Aspettiamo le prossime settimane e vediamo cosa succede” conclude Roberta Simoni.
